OBO is a creative and event production agency, primarily dedicated to the luxury and fashion industries.

OBO conceives and produces events for prestigious international brands.

Within the production team, you will support and actively contribute to event organization assignments.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Venue sourcing
• Operational coordination of teams and administrative follow-up with our suppliers (quotes, purchase orders, invoices)
• Management of event-related supplies (badges, signage, etc.)
• Preparation and production of schedules
• Development of production files / production books
• Stock inventory

PROFILE

A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (Bac +4/5) in event management, business, marketing, communications, or fashion, or an equivalent qualification.

• You follow news about brands and the premium/luxury/beauty/culture sector
• You are proactive and versatile by nature
• You are creative and full of ideas
• You have a strong sense of autonomy, initiative, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well under pressure
• You are comfortable with the “service” dimension of our work
• You are proficient in Excel, Word, and Keynote
• You are fluent in English
